Week 12: Formatting Your Book

In this week’s class, I used an overhead LCD projector to show how to format your book using Microsoft Word.  I showed how to add and change page numbers, how to create and apply styles to your text, the difference between serif and sans-serif fonts and what they’re both used for, and I showed the class a book template for a 6″x9″ book.

Week 10: Publishing

In this class, I taught about self-publishing and compared it to various publishing options. It can be difficult to become published through a book company unless you meet certain criteria. Firestorm to Clarksville, Indiana

Aaron is leading a Firestorm ministry team to River Falls Ministry Center in Clarksville, Indiana on Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th, 2009.

Saturday afternoon at 1:00, the Firestorm team will lead church members on a Treasure Hunt, a fun type of supernatural evangelism where we go out in the community to find people God reveals to us through words of knowledge, then we prophesy God’s words to them and release His healing for physical ailments.

Today is an in-class writing day.  Bring your pen, paper, laptop, and angel of revelation and let’s get your first chapter started so you’ll be ready to print it in book form in a few weeks.
